Exercise

Ran for 22 minutes at 9kph, elevation 1 – listening to my ‘learn Mandarin’ audio course and making strange tonal noises from the garage : )
Came in and did 20 crunches, 6 sets of 6 squats, 6 sets of 6 calf raises, and another 20 crunches.
Breakfast time now – feel pretty good.
