I think it’s a good idea to have some goals. Since I’m doing Weight Watchers and that is based on weight-related achievements, I’m going to set mine as follows:

14st: Get a haircut (always a treat)
13st: Spend £30 on Amazon (I love buying DVDs and music!)
12st: Spend £50 on Amazon
11st: 1 new outfit
10st 6lb (target): Spend £250 on clothes

No point having clothing-related rewards until I’m near my target, as I’ll just shrink out of them 🙂
