Ran for 20 minutes today – it was much harder than yesterday, probably because yesterday’s weights were squats and my thighs feel like they’ve been run over with a steamroller. Fun times.
Also did weights – 6 sets of 6 bicep curls, 6 sets of 6 shrugs and 6 sets of 6 calf raises.
Feeling good. Breakfast was fairly high on points because I added cottage cheese to the mix, but I feel satisfied so it’s all good.
