So what do you think? The pic on the left is from last week, the pic on the right is from this morning. The scales might not agree, but I think I’m doing okay : )
Yes! Often we lose inches without losing any poundage…muscle is tighter and takes less space.
Thanks Angela! I can definitely feel the difference in my clothes, and after only 2 weeks on the WW plan I think that’s pretty good going. The scales will catch up eventually! : )
