A successful Saturday, I think. Just the one run today, plus a bit of a stroll. Tomorrow is our day off from the treadmill, and my aching bones are glad of it.
No problems to report really; I’m finding it much easier to plan my days ahead of time in the online planner rather than just recording food after the fact. Makes it possible to change your mind and rearrange things if something crops up unexpectedly, or if you change your mind. I hope all of this week’s hard work will pay off on Tuesday.
