I’m here again to make my promise for today. It’s just today. I need to stick to the plan and not try and harm myself with food, just for today. I will deal with tomorrow when it comes.
In other news, I did week 4 day 1 of couch to 5k this morning. My goodness. So so hard. 2 sets of 3 min running and 2 sets of 5 min. Which might not sound a lot but when you’re carting around 5 extra stone (70 lbs) it’s no small feat.
But I feel good now, and it has set me up for the day.
