After one week

This morning the scales put me at 236.5lbs. That’s 6.5lbs down from where I was last Monday. As I said mid-week, I know that this will be due in the main to water weight being shed now that I am not mainlining carbs all day long.

But already I feel better, already I feel like I’ve faced many of the social/personal challenges that normally derail my efforts, and I have come through intact.

Onward – today will be a good day, and tomorrow will be dealt with when it arrives.
