PS…

And this will seem fatuous given my previous post but I just wanted to record that my weight (having ticked up to 237 yesterday) has dropped back to 236 this morning. I’m still happy with that – that’s half a stone since Day Zero.

We did Week 4, Day 3 of C25K this morning, and it was hard (mainly due to the appalling windy weather) but it was good. Then I did my 12 sets of weights, and now I must get to work. I have a stressful couple of weeks ahead. I need to be able to focus, and keeping my promises will help me with that.
